Realme P2 Pro launched with Snapdragon 7s Gen2 SoC, curved display, and a 50MP primary camera

Realme has released its latest P-series phone in India, the Realme P2 Pro. This smartphone has a gorgeous curved OLED display, a Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 processor, and a 50MP main camera using Sony’s LYT-600 sensor.

The Realme P2 Pro features a 6.7-inch curved OLED display with FHD+ resolution and a refresh rate of 120Hz. The display is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 7i, has a max brightness of 2,000 nits, and a 32MP front camera.

The P2 Pro, available in Parrot Green and Eagle Grey, has a light-responsive BioVision design. It boasts an IP65 rating for water and dust resistance and a shock-absorbing midframe for further safety.

The phone’s rear camera configuration has a 50MP primary camera equipped with Sony’s LYT-600 sensor and OIS. An 8MP ultrawide lens supplements the main camera, which also has cutouts for the LED flash and a decorative sticker.

The Realme P2 Pro is powered by the Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 CPU and comes with 8GB or 12GB of RAM, as well as 128GB, 256GB, or 512GB of storage. A 4,500mm² vapor chamber ensures optimal temperature control.

The Realme P2 Pro runs Realme UI 5.0, which is based on Android 14. Realme offers two Android version updates and three years’ worth of security patches. The smartphone is powered by a 5,200mAh battery that charges to 50% in 19 minutes using 80W SuperVOOC.

Prices begin at INR 21,999 ($260) for the 8/128GB model, INR 24,999 ($300) for the 12/256GB version, and INR 27,999 ($330) for the 12/512GB option. Early bird sales will commence on September 17 through Realme’s online shop and partner outlets.
