The Galaxy S25 Ultra features a 5000mAh battery with 45W rapid charging. This gadget runs Android 15 and is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 (3 nm) CPU.

First, its dimensions are 162.8 x 77.6 x 8.2 mm, and it weighs 219 grams. Second, the Galaxy S25 Ultra’s display is a 6.8-inch Dynamic LTPO AMOLED 2X panel with a resolution of 1440 x 3120.
