According to the China Telecom listing, the Vivo Y300i would include a 6.68-inch LCD panel capable of HD+ resolution. Under the hood, it will use the same Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 as its predecessor.

The Y300i is rumored to come equipped with up to 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal storage. It will be powered by OriginOS-based Android 15 and may include a 6,500mAh battery with 44W fast charging.

For photography, the Y300i may include a 5-megapixel front-facing camera and a 50-megapixel dual-camera configuration on the back. It is likely to include a side-facing fingerprint scanner, NFC compatibility, and an infrared blaster.
