Samsung Galaxy Z TriFold will be released in December 2025. The Galaxy Z TriFold debuted with the model numbers SM-D639B, SM-D639B/DS, SM-D639U, SM-D639U1, SM-D639N, and SM-D6390. To begin, its dimensions are as follows: Unfolded: 159.2 x 214.1 x 3.9-4.2 mm; Folded: 159.2 x 75 x 12.9 mm; and weight: 309 grams. Second, the display of the Galaxy Z TriFold is a 10.0-inch Tri-foldable Dynamic LTPO AMOLED 2X screen with a resolution of 1584 x 2160 pixels. The display is shielded from the unknown. Third, and most crucially, it is powered by the Qualcomm SM8750-AC Snapdragon 8 Elite (3 nm) and runs on Android 16. Additionally, it has an Octa-core CPU (2×4.47 GHz Oryon V2 Phoenix L + 6×3.53 GHz Oryon V2 Phoenix M).
The Samsung Galaxy Z TriFold phone has a three-camera system on the rear. This setup includes a 200MP wide, 10MP telephoto, and 12MP ultrawide camera.
