According to recent sources, Oppo is developing the next-generation Turbo series of performance-focused smartphones for the Chinese market. While earlier reports claimed that Oppo could forego the K14 moniker, new information from tipster Digital Chat Station suggests that the lineup could be called the Oppo K14 Turbo series. The most recent information provides an early peek at anticipated characteristics as well as a probable launch date.
Oppo K14 Turbo series specifications (rumored)
According to DCS, the Oppo K14 Turbo portfolio is slated to comprise two models: the Oppo K14 Turbo and the K14 Turbo Pro. The Pro model is said to have a 6.79-inch OLED display and could be powered by the Dimensity 9500s chipset. This means it will compete with the Dimensity 9500s-powered Redmi Turbo 5 Max in China.
Engineering prototype units for the Pro model are believed to exist in a variety of configurations, including 12GB+256GB, 12GB+512GB, and 16GB+512GB. The device may weigh roughly 201 grams and come in white, grey, pink, and forged carbon finishes.
Previous rumors have revealed that the handset will include a big 8,000mAh battery, cementing its reputation as a performance-focused smartphone. The basic Oppo K14 Turbo is rumored to have a slightly smaller 6.59-inch OLED display. While the chipset has not been officially confirmed, previous reports suggest that it may run on the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 processor.
One of the primary highlights of the forthcoming series is the presence of built-in cooling fans on both models, as opposed to the previous generation, which only had such hardware on the Pro variant. The cooling system is also said to feature waterproofing capabilities. Both phones are believed to include a 50-megapixel primary camera on the back.

Oppo K14 Turbo series launch timeframe (rumored)
According to the most recent leak, the Oppo K14 Turbo range could make its debut in China in April. It’s possible that the series may be released in India a month or two after its debut in China.
